FXBias is educational, not advisory

FXBias publishes educational market analysis and session briefings. It is nota broker, not an investment adviser, not a portfolio manager, and not a signal service. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or manage money on anyone's behalf.

Nothing published on this website or sent by email is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a solicitation to enter into any transaction. Every trading decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for its consequences.

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

  • Leverage amplifies losses as well as gains. A small adverse move can result in a loss substantially greater than your initial deposit with some brokers.
  • Markets can gap. Prices can move sharply between sessions or on news, and orders may be filled at worse prices than requested.
  • No analysis is right every time. A directional view is a probabilistic opinion, and any individual view may be wrong.

What our published measurements mean

FXBias publishes a record of how its directional views have performed. Those figures describe the historical directional accuracy of our analysis — whether the published direction matched the realised session move. They are not investment returns, profits, or the performance of any trading account, and they should not be interpreted as such.

Past performance and past accuracy are not indicative of future results. Any historical measurement reflects a specific period and set of market conditions that may not repeat. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise, projection or guarantee of any outcome.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Market data is obtained from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays or gaps. Analysis is generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information provided.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, experience and risk tolerance, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial professional before trading.
