What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free gives you the bias direction (bullish/bearish/neutral) and key support/resistance on your 2 Briefing Pairs. Pro unlocks: bias confidence % (e.g. BULLISH 72%), 11-point analysis (liquidity sweeps, FVG, Fibonacci, bull/bear cases), entry/SL/TP1/TP2 levels, M15/H1/H4 charts, community vote breakdown, post-session AI narrative, and daily email briefings — all on every pair you follow.
Monthly or Lifetime — which should I pick?+
Pro Monthly ($10/mo) is the no-commitment option — cancel anytime, billed monthly via PayPal. Lifetime ($500 one-time) pays for itself in roughly 50 months and never gets billed again. Pick Lifetime if you've already validated the briefings work for you on Free and intend to stay long-term.
How do I pay?+
All payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit/debit card through PayPal's checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Pro Monthly cancels in one click from your PayPal account or by emailing us. You keep Pro features until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free with no data loss.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
No traditional trial — but the Free tier is generous enough to validate the product before paying. Follow 5 pairs, get full briefings on 2, vote on every session, and track your accuracy for as long as you want. Upgrade only when you're sure.
Do I get a refund if I don't like it?+
Lifetime purchases include a 7-day refund window — email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded; just cancel before the next billing cycle.
